Quick post to point out an obscure little piece of news…NOW…as it happens: Cutter rejoins White House to aid in selling health care:
The White House named Stephanie Cutter, a veteran Democratic operative, to oversee the White House’s messaging strategy on health care, among other large policy matters, in advance of the November midterm elections.
Funny we need to hire an outside consultant back onto the Fed payroll so they can sell us on what we’ve already had shoved down our throats.
This isn’t about messaging; Obama needs a spin Doctor and a propagandist to get through the mid-terms. He’s got his girl…she’ll be messaging the Stevens replacement, Immigration, Cap & Trade, and God knows what else between now and the election.
And the message?
Republicans suck but we suck less. We’ve done lots of sucky stuff but at least we’ve done SOMETHING…we’ve tried, at least. Vote for Democrats so we can keep trying to do more sucky stuff.
Now…back to our regularly scheduled program.

“Republicans suck but we suck less.”
heh…you don’t have to swim faster than the shark, just faster than they guy next to you.
I hope the sharks are swirling around the poles come November.
