How was Roe v. Wade NOT the very same judicial activism that he applauded then but laments now, in the matter of striking DOWN, this time, a right he decided to declare which is also not anywhere to be found in the Constitution?
I refuse to displace my right to a public admission of mine with a celebration of a lack of theirs.

I’m going there, and I’m not apologizing for it.
I never noticed nor cared about his politics so much as I did the size of his [redacted] in standing up against an onslaught of tilted-in-the-opposition-direction media monoliths who found themselves routinely pwned by him by calling them out and setting the record a little straighter.
The intentional failure to prevent death will be judged equally as harshly as the intentional purveyor of it.
Inasmuch as we, as a people, have deferred control of our lives and our treasures and our destinies to others by proxy, America is not the 546 or so people in Washington DC that we put there on our dime.
Of this much, I can be sure: there are a bunch of people over there in the desert willing to nuke tens of millions of people

I feel like a hooker on a Sunday morning after a shoe salesman’s convention, and I need to go find my happy place.
He lived a good life, meant a great deal to a great many people, and he will be missed.
